Megan Miller is a seasoned professional specializing in construction disputes and advisory services, with over five years of experience in the construction industry. Her expertise spans working with EPC and EPCM contractors, owners, and subcontractors on various claims and disputes. Megan has involvement in numerous projects across the United States, Canada, and Peru, including major capital ventures in the mining, power generation, infrastructure, healthcare, and petrochemical sectors.
Throughout her career, Megan has engaged in construction and engineering projects at different stages of maturity, with budgets ranging from $10 million to $4 billion. She has provided advisory services during project conception, participated in commercial management and claims development during the construction phase, and extensively handled dispute resolution services during and after project close-out.
