Megan Miller is a seasoned professional specializing in construction disputes and advisory services, with over five years of experience in the construction industry. Her expertise spans working with EPC and EPCM contractors, owners, and subcontractors on various claims and disputes. Megan has involvement in numerous projects across the United States, Canada, and Peru, including major capital ventures in the mining, power generation, infrastructure, healthcare, and petrochemical sectors.

Throughout her career, Megan has engaged in construction and engineering projects at different stages of maturity, with budgets ranging from $10 million to $4 billion. She has provided advisory services during project conception, participated in commercial management and claims development during the construction phase, and extensively handled dispute resolution services during and after project close-out. Her strong background in delay and disruption analysis methodologies, change order analysis, and quantification of damages has equipped her to manage construction claims ranging from $10 million to over $100 million.

In addition to her dispute resolution experience, Megan proactively advises clients on Best Practices regarding scheduling, cost control, and related project documentation and management. Based in Miami, Florida, as an Associate Director at J.S. Held, she analyzes and assesses schedule delays on large capital projects, quantifies damages, and provides project management support and advisory services.

Megan's role as a construction advisory consultant involves supporting contractors, owners, engineers, developers, and other stakeholders in managing and resolving claims and disputes related to change orders, critical path delays, productivity impacts, and other issues. She is responsible for preparing presentations and expert reports in dispute resolution.

Megan received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
