Mayank Sharma is an eDiscovery and digital forensics consulting leader with a proven record in the legal program and project management industry. Mayank has over 16 years of experience in leading and managing teams on projects related to legal or regulatory intervention readiness, information governance and compliance, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), and principally eDiscovery and forensic data capture.
Throughout his career, Mayank has led and managed teams on successful engagements across various industries of varying sizes, working with in-house and outside legal counsel, and other senior stakeholders, in all phases of litigation and regulatory matters, investigations, and all other matters requiring the preservation, identification, collection, processing, and production of large volumes of data. Mayank has worked with all the Magic Circle law firms, as well as many of the Silver Circle firms, and has provided extensive support and leadership on a number of international assignments as well as worked on large-scale projects involving major banks and corporate clients. He also has extensive technical experience in using various industry-standard e-discovery and forensic data capture tools.
Mayank served as a contributing author for the publication ‘International eDiscovery’ by Globe Law and Business Ltd 2021, as well as 2018.
Mayank leads the Digital Investigations and Discovery (DI&D) Team based in our Mumbai office. His team uses technology to help organizations protect themselves from the harm caused by misconduct and economic crime. This includes reactive services to help them respond to crises and proactive services to help manage risk. The DI&D team has a wealth of service offerings around eDiscovery, Digital Forensics, Investigative Data Analytics, Data Privacy & Governance, and Cyber Risk and Investigations.
