Matthew Krippahne joined J.S. Held in 2021. Matthew specializes in Phase I Environmental Assessments and Preliminary Assessments for industrial, educational, retail, commercial, and residential facilities. He has also performed Phase II Field Studies, including soil and groundwater sampling, well installations, and hydrogeological and sensitive receptor studies. Among his experiences, Matt has coordinated and supervised field activities for site investigations and remedial investigations at contaminated sites throughout New Jersey and New York. He has developed investigation and remediation strategies, as well as cost estimates for budgetary purposes. Matt has the necessary skills to prepare reports and work plans for regulatory submittal, including site investigation, remedial investigation, groundwater monitoring, air quality reports, remedial action / investigation work plans, deed notices, and other related documents.
Matthew Krippahne is involved in estimating, project management, report writing, and onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major investigation and remediation projects throughout the United States. He also has specialized experience in Vapor Intrusion.
