Marzena Sobilo joined J.S. Held in 2021. Marzena has conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, including report preparation in accordance with ASTM Standards, as well as Preliminary Assessments and Indoor Environmental Health Assessments. Marzena has also coordinated and supervised asbestos surveys/abatement, lead surveys/abatement, mold surveys/abatement, performed vapor intrusion surveys and Phase II Subsurface Investigations, including installation of soil borings and groundwater monitoring wells, and screening of soil samples for evidence of field contaminations. Marzena specializes in all mandatory reports, including the preparation of detailed boring logs and data summary tables, deed notices, biennial inspections, air quality reports, and other related documents. With all this experience, Marzena is qualified to oversee remediation projects and manage client and regulatory agency interactions.
Marzena is involved in estimating, project management, client correspondence, budget analysis, document review, and on-site project monitoring. She is responsible for developing work plans, cost estimates for client review and approval, and reporting.
