Martin Schulz has more than 20 years of experience in industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, and environmental consulting. He specializes in environmental investigations, exposure assessments, and regulatory compliance related to asbestos, lead, mold, wildfire impacts, indoor environmental quality, and other environmental hazards.
Throughout his career, Martin has led hundreds of environmental assessments and consulting engagements across residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and public-sector environments. His experience includes evaluating environmental conditions associated with construction and renovation activities, conducting building materials investigations, supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, and advising clients on complex environmental and occupational health challenges. He works closely with property owners, developers, contractors, and public agencies to assess risks, develop practical solutions, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Senior Project Manager at J.S. Held, Martin leads environmental consulting and remediation projects across industrial, governmental, and commercial sectors.
