Mark Falkenhagen is a forensic economist providing expertise in economic damages calculations in a wide variety of practice areas, including business interruption, business valuation, class action (product liability and FELA and state wage and hour), employment (Fair Pay Act, Federal whistleblower, FELA and state wage and hour, and wrongful termination), marital dissolution, mortgage fraud, pension and stock option valuation, and personal injury (asbestos, life care plan valuation, medical malpractice, wrongful death) litigation.

Additional areas of expertise include construction defect matters, product recall, consumer products, casinos, semiconductors, and logistics. He has over three decades of experience as an expert witness.

Mr. Falkenhagen is an economic damages expert retained to consult on thousands of various litigated matters over the years. His deposition has been taken over 200 times, and he testified in over 50 trials.
