Marjan has extensive experience in managing organizations through crises, social change, unanticipated corporate events, and mergers and acquisitions. She is an expert at building top-performing teams and capabilities, developing talent, and shaping organizational culture.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Marjan served as the Chief Talent Officer at McCann Worldgroup, where she oversaw talent development, organizational culture, and human resource services. She also previously served in the global position of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, where she helped shape the business and human capital strategies of the organization. Over her career, Marjan has worked in top HR and talent development positions at leading companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Citibank, and Owens Corning.
Marjan graduated from Indiana University with an MBA in Human Resources and Organization Development and from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science.
