Marion is involved in complex forensic accounting and litigation assignments involving personal injury, wrongful death, subrogation, lost business income, and employment discrimination, among other claims. She has worked on numerous engagements by assisting our clients throughout the discovery process, gathering information, performing detailed analysis, model building, and preparing expert reports when necessary. Marion has worked in commercial banking, identifying and solving fraudulent transactions and activities. She has extensive knowledge in cash handling and reporting, employee training, and development.
At Forensic Resolutions, Marion analyzed and quantified the financial aspects of disputes in various types of cases. She has worked on numerous personal injury and wrongful death matters and subrogation damages, including the assessment of lost business income, contents, property loss, and extra expense claims.
Marion graduated, cum laude, from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. She also graduated from West Virginia University with a Master of Science Degree in Forensic and Fraud Examination.
