Mara Green Guidici joined J.S. Held in April of 2026 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of CMM, LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and a Senior Managing Director with CMM, part of J.S. Held, LLP. Her work includes business valuations, determination of gross cash flow available for spousal and child support, analysis of marital lifestyle, reimbursement claims, tracing and allocation of funds, and community and separate property allocations.
Mara has extensive experience with family law matters involving alternative investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. She has also performed forensic accounting and financial analysis for matters involving real estate investment companies, financial services companies, manufacturing concerns, entertainment services, and law, medical, and other professional practices.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Mara joined CMM in March 2014 and was promoted to manager in 2018 and partner in 2020. She began her accounting career at Deloitte & Touche LLP and later gained private‑sector experience as an Accounting Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
Mara graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with a minor in Accounting, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
