Manny Parmar joined J.S. Held in November of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Frostbyte Consulting. Manny has worked for over 15 years as a Project Manager for various industries, including Environment, Health & Safety, Quality (EHSQ), Telecommunications, and Multimedia.
Manny has led many strategic projects for operational efficiency, process improvement, change management, and product implementation. His focus has been on large transformational enterprise projects where he has managed multiple stakeholders to drive projects to success. As a business leader and consultant, he has held accountability and delivered results leading initiatives. More recently, Manny is engaged with implementing multiple projects involving Cority, Intelex, and Enablon configurations at J.S. Held.
Manny is currently the Head of the Project Management Office for Digital Solutions within J.S. Held's Environmental, Health, and Safety Practice. Along with managing the PMO, Manny is a Director who ensures that product implementations follow project management best practices.
