Luke is a Civil Engineer with 20 years of construction related experience. For the past 10 years Luke has specialized in independent forensic schedule analysis to provide clear demonstration of complex delay, disruption and acceleration matters in relation to timeline claims on construction projects. Luke has specific expertise in the application of delay to Delay in Startup (DSU) and Business Interruption (BI) insurance policies.
Luke has worked on claims across numerous industries with experience in energy, petrochemical, oil & gas, industrial facilities, tunneling, roads and bridges, high rise construction, stadia, hospitals, hotels, and restaurants with claim values up to $750M. Luke is experienced in the preparation of expert reports for use in arbitration, litigation, and mediation. Luke has an MSc in Construction Law and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
