Dr. Leslie Schulte shepherds multi-million-dollar projects from conceptual design to construction completion. She is currently focused on educational facilities. In her past work as a controls engineer, she implemented ASHRAE Guideline 36 control sequences at facilities in higher education, healthcare, and hospitality. Dr. Schulte received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and received her doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University. She has co-authored three technical publications and shares her knowledge at conferences and workshops, focusing on strategies for managing facilities efficiently and sustainably.
Leslie works as a project manager, owner’s representative, and consultant to executive and operations leadership in the private and public sectors. She works on numerous large-scale capital projects with transformational impacts.
