Leah DeEgidio is a Project Manager in the Environmental, Health & Safety practice line, specializing in NJDEP Site Remediation Program (SRP) projects throughout New Jersey. She specializes in Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence projects, mostly in commercial real estate. Leah’s experience during her six years in the industry also includes residential projects and large industrial projects, as well as asbestos, mold, and lead surveys and abatement projects throughout the United States.

Leah’s key responsibilities include project management and oversight, client correspondence, budget analysis, vendor relations, and document review. She is also responsible for developing work plans, client review and approval cost estimates, and formal reports for regulatory submittal and review.
