With over 30 years of experience in construction, Lawrence Williams has provided clients with expertise in project development, estimation, procurement, change management, delay analysis and evaluation, recovery schedule formulation, and fee and margin analysis. Lawrence has been responsible for all phases of operations as a general contractor, management of multiple project management teams, hard bid project procurement, CM at risk, negotiated procurement, and cost plus GMP projects. As a project executive, his duties included corporate customer liaison, staff leadership, contract administration, and profit management.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Lawrence was principal of a construction management consultancy, specializing in management of large scale projects. Since joining J.S. Held five years ago, Lawrence has specialized in Builder’s Risk handling hundreds of claims for construction damages and delay analysis. He has provided written and oral expert testimony in dispute resolution, mediation, deposition, and litigation proceedings.
