Lauren joined J.S. Held in March of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Ocean Tomo. Lauren is a Staff Accountant based out of the Jacksonville office of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held. Lauren supports the Directors and Managing Directors in the forensic accounting and litigation services practice. She is responsible for organizing, indexing, and maintaining forensic accounting and litigation support case documents. Lauren provides assistance with the preparation and cite-check of reports and supporting schedules, slides, exhibits, and documentation to be used at trial. She is also responsible for researching statutes and authoritative literature and maintains an updated accounting and auditing authoritative literature library.
Prior to working at Ocean Tomo, Lauren was a Paraprofessional with Buttner Hammock & Co. in a similar role. Lauren is a graduate of the University of North Florida, where she earned a B.S. in Statistics.
