Larry Hokaj has over 20 years of experience in the restoration, reconstruction, and consulting industry. Larry has acquired a broad spectrum of knowledge in the fields of damage assessment, cost analysis, estimating and cost of repairs, and project management, with strong negotiation skills developed throughout hundreds of projects. In his prior roles as Owner, General Manager, and Construction Manager of a national restoration firm, Larry has evaluated property damage in large, complex insurance-related losses and construction defect cases in the commercial, residential, multi-family, government, and hospitality sectors.
In his 2+ decades of experience as a restoration and construction repair expert, Larry has successfully managed and negotiated numerous appraisal settlements, given dozens of depositions and sworn testimony, and has appeared at trial as an expert witness. Through this experience, he has developed a keen understanding of the importance of effective communication with all parties involved in a claim or project.
Larry is OSHA 10 Safety Certified, holds an IICRC water restoration certification, and previously held a fire and smoke restoration certification.
