Lance Helgerson specializes in strategic marketing and community engagement for organizations in the insurance sector. With over 20 years of marketing experience, he provides innovative approaches and proven strategies to help build brand awareness and enable organizations to grow profitably. He has led marketing strategy for multiple multi-national organizations and business units, driving projects in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

As J.S. Held’s Strategic Marketing Partner for the Insurance Services and Science and Technology practices, he partners with business partners to understand marketing needs, propose solutions, and ensure marketing plans are implemented successfully. He also serves as a liaison between practice leads and corporate marketing resources, ensuring the right J.S. Held marketing expert is involved in each initiative.

Prior to joining J.S. Held, Lance held similar marketing leadership roles for an insurance services provider, a multi-national insurance carrier, and a professional association in the insurance space.

Lance holds a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Minnesota.
