Lacey Villalobos has been affiliated with J.S. Held since 2009 and is based out of the Temecula, CA office. She supports the Chief Operating Officer with overseeing corporate operations for the company. Lacey plays an instrumental role in the development, roll-out, and execution of company procedures, standards, and deliverables. She oversees companywide implementation of programs and systems through to completion and assists with the review and maintenance of national and international contract requirements.
Prior to shifting over to the operations team, Lacey was Administrative Coordinator and Technical Analyst who provided varying degrees of support to multiple office locations throughout the nation. She was also one of three key administrators in the maintenance, training, and monitoring of the cloud network for J.S. Held. One of her primary responsibilities was the oversight, preparation and completion of technical analysis for large loss claims. Lacey was tasked with reviewing unique invoices to determine and develop the most efficient audit analysis for each invoice, with analyses ranging from simple to very complex. As completion timelines were of short nature, Lacey had to execute advanced project management skills daily, coordinating with other office staff members according to their availability and schedule. In addition, she oversaw the budgeting and invoicing for all projects managed by the executive vice president of the company. This required the maintenance of over 250 budgets ranging from $500 to $1.5 million associated with five western J.S. Held offices. This oversight included the preparation of numerous client invoices monthly. Lacey successfully coordinated and conferred with staff located in offices throughout the country on a daily basis.
