Mr. Smith has mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing, analysis, new construction, building, and automation controls, commissioning, and troubleshooting. His manufacturing background includes wheel design, fabrication, and assembly. He has managed industrial, commercial, mission-critical, and healthcare construction. Areas of expertise include HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, low voltage controls, building management systems, process heating and cooling, and test and balance. He has BMS and automation experience in data centers, hospitals, and labs. His automation experience includes programming, design, low-voltage installation, and start-up.
