Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant issued by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. In 2013, he finished with the third-highest cumulative score on the CPA exams in Arizona. He is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kyle graduated summa cum laude with his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and a Certificate in Honors Business Consulting from the W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University in 2012. In 2013, he received his Master of Accountancy from the W.P. Carey School of Business.
Prior to joining J.S. Held with the acquisition of Kotzin Valuation Partners, Kyle completed two
internships and worked as a full-time employee at BDO USA, LLP as an external
auditor. During his undergraduate program, he worked with the New Venture
Group, a student-led business consulting group through the Consulting Scholars
program at W.P. Carey School of Business. Additionally, Kyle completed an
internship as a financial reporting accountant with Circle K Stores, Inc.
