Kurt Cutshall specializes in property damage assessment and valuation. With over ten years of experience as a construction manager and insurance adjuster, Kurt is an effective project manager, including evaluating and establishing project scopes, mitigation and restoration timelines, and estimating. He strives for success through excellent communication with clients and all parties involved. He is involved in large fire, water, and storm loss projects in both commercial and residential applications. Kurt has been involved in the restoration/mitigation of office buildings, apartment buildings, townhome complexes, senior living homes, and residential homes.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Kurt was Operations Manager for a commercial and residential restoration contractor, and before that, worked as a Residential Large Loss Adjuster. His varied experience has provided him with a balanced perspective and in-depth knowledge of property construction and damage.
Kurt is a consultant with the U.S. North-Central Building Consulting Group. He provides inspections, estimates, project management, and onsite project monitoring services. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments and has consulted on large complex insurance losses.
