Kristie Wallace is Director of Human Resources for J.S. Held. Kristie’s role spans all aspects of the H.R. function in Canada, putting her at the heart of the company’s national recruitment efforts, training, career development, performance management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and community initiatives.
In her previous experience, Kristie worked closely with the national team, achieving great success developing, systemizing, and implementing effective, common sense H.R. policies and procedures. These efforts greatly elevated and improved the overall H.R. platform, to the point where the company is not only a great place to work but an industry-leading professional consulting firm where rewarding careers can be built.
Kristie has always thrived working with teams and individuals throughout her career. Her passion for business, lifelong learning, and team building compliment and support the J.S. Held vision. She is a graduate of Concordia University of Edmonton, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
