During his military service, Kirk was a member of the Engineer Corps, specializing in design, budgeting, and human resource management. He has completed numerous leadership and management courses. He ascended to the rank of Warrant Officer Class Two and was awarded the Medal of Honor for Long Service and Good Conduct.
Kirk has been involved and assisted in numerous projects, ranging from residential to commercial. Prior to joining J.S. Held, Kirk worked as a Project Manager at a restoration company for over five years. During this time, he specialized in mitigation and estimates and was also the safety officer. He has estimated and consulted on property losses due to fire, wind, flood, and theft, including commercial and residential construction properties.
Kirk is a lifelong learner who continues to improve himself in education and training programs to keep up to date with the current methodologies and ensure project completion and success. He is involved in estimating and project management, consulting with clients to meet their expectations, and delivering a quality product. He is involved in several projects ranging from residential to commercial.
