Kevin Stepanick is a seasoned construction professional with more than 25 years of experience in field construction project management and project controls. He has significant experience with project scheduling and planning; schedule and cost controls; contract management; project management services; time entitlement analysis; preparation, analysis, negotiations and resolution of change orders and claims; payment requests; and cost estimating and field controls. He has managed a multitude of diverse projects ranging from large federal and state government projects to small commercial projects in both horizontal and vertical construction.

Early in his career, Kevin has been around the construction industry working as a laborer and carpenter before attending college. After attending college Kevin worked as a field engineer moving into project engineering then finally as a project manager. During this time, he specialized in heavy civil work with a focus on both commercial vertical construction and bridges and roadwork projects up and down the Eastern Seaboard. As an associate with Perry Associates, LLC Kevin specialized in the development of baseline schedules and change of management and progress schedules.

As a consultant to the construction industry, Paul has provided consulting and claims analysis on complex projects, including vertical and horizontal construction experience on US Department of State consulates, embassies, and security compounds, bio-science and medical facilities; universities, intermodal transportation facilities, casinos, airbases, hospitals, commercial office space, residential complexes, shopping malls, correctional facilities, movable bridges, water storage facilities, post tension concrete viaduct bridges, toll plazas, pile and drilled shaft foundations, support of excavation systems, underpinning, roadway construction, traffic detours, contaminated soils, and temporary and permanent utility relocations including water, drainage, gas, communication, and electric.

Kevin is a Senior Consultant in the Construction Advisory Services group and specializes in project scheduling and planning; schedule and cost controls; contract management; project management services; time entitlement analysis; preparation, analysis, negotiations and resolution of change orders and claims; payment requests; and cost estimating and field controls.
