Kevin Ruggee is a commercial manager with 14 years of hands‑on experience delivering major projects for contractors across infrastructure, manufacturing, marine, and oil & gas in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, and New Caledonia. He brings strong technical expertise in project and commercial management from tender through final account.
His expertise is in contract and claims administration, cost management, quantity surveying, subcontractor management, dispute resolution, and delay analysis, including compiling Extension of Time claims and negotiating delay and disruption settlements. He has prepared, defended, and assessed quantum claims in adjudications and litigation in Singapore and Australia.
Kevin is a consultant in our Builder’s Risk and Construction All Risk (CAR) practice in the Asia-Pacific region, providing objective property damage assessments, valuations, and cost reviews through detailed site inspections to ensure transparent and actionable loss findings.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree with Honours and is fluent in French.
