Kevin is an experienced restructuring professional with over seven years of experience in special situation transactions, restructurings, and due diligence assignments. He has successfully led and assisted middle-market companies across various roles in his career.
Kevin has been instrumental in executing complex operational and financial restructurings, capital raising initiatives, and buy/sell mandates. His client portfolio spans public, private, family-owned, start-up, and private equity-sponsored companies across diverse industries and business environments.

Prior to joining Phoenix Management, Kevin gained valuable experience in finance at a private equity-owned start-up in Boston, where he refined his financial management and strategic planning skills. He previously served as a Business Valuation Consultant at Deloitte, building a solid foundation in financial analysis and valuation techniques. Kevin's diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both start-up environments and established corporate structures, empowering him to effectively drive financial performance and business growth.
