Ken Hetzner joined J.S. Held in November of 2022 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of Frostbyte Consulting.
Ken is a proven Information System specialist and analyst with over nine years of experience in the field. He has supported established organizations in designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining several software solutions from multiple vendors. His project repertoire is a diverse mix of designing and implementing information system solutions for business processes related to enterprise asset management, inventory and vendor management, work order generation and preventative maintenance planning, occupational health and safety, and greenhouse gas inventory management.
Ken has developed his expertise in the Intelex EHS platform over the years and was leading the software practice internally at Frostbyte. As Practice Lead, he was responsible for overseeing Frostbyte’s Intelex projects from a technical point of view, implementing best practices, and building the practice through the skill development of other team members. He has always demonstrated great initiative, stakeholder management, managerial and leadership capabilities.
Ken manages Intelex projects from the technical point of view, applying best practices.
