With over 15 years of experience in the field of restoration, Mr. Eichman possesses strong leadership, communication skills, and superior working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the restoration industry. He is highly skilled and efficient in Xactimate and holds IICRC and NADCA certifications. Mr. Eichman has extensive knowledge of large losses throughout the United States including facilities in the fields of hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, multi-family, retail space, and residential.
Prior to Mr. Eichman joining J.S. Held, he worked for a few national restoration companies in roles that included Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. In these roles, Mr. Eichman handled all facets of a loss from start to finish in a complete “turnkey” process in an effort to facilitate and execute a smooth restoration process. Throughout his career, Mr. Eichman was responsible for developing estimates, executing complex scopes of work, and implementing various operations through proper coordination while maintaining the fiscal control of the project. Along the way, he took advantage of many opportunities to support his previous employer’s various locations across the United States as well as deployed on their National Catastrophe Team when called upon which contributes to his vast knowledge and expertise within the restoration world.
Kelsey Eichman is involved in site inspections, estimating, project management, and onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States at facilities in the fields of hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, multi-family, retail space, and residential.
