Early in her career, Kelly spent four years at global professional services firm with a focus on infrastructure and capital project advisory and construction audits. She was previously a cost engineer for Tutor Perini Civil at the Hudson Yards Development project. Kelly received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
Kelly has a background in claims and dispute resolution, standard of care assessments, construction cost audits, construction contract review, and change order analysis.
As a consultant to the construction industry, Kelly has worked as part of a team that was engaged by a major contractor to perform an assessment of potential claims for power generation facilities in the United States. She has also consulted on industrial manufacturing, wastewater, oil and gas, schools, universities, hotels, stadia, data centers, high-rise structures, and various infrastructure construction projects.
