Keith Pilcher has extensive experience in damage assessment, scope of work, estimating property damage, preparing detailed estimates, as well as negotiating with contractors, and representing the insurance carrier as their appraiser. Keith has worked on numerous large-scale and complex insurance claims, including universities, hospitals, malls, and industrial facilities.
Before joining J.S. Held, Keith was Sr. Project Estimator with a large multi-family construction & reconstruction management company, and he spent the prior 20 years as the head of his own construction company. Keith brings industry knowledge and experience to J.S. Held.
