Dr. Katrina Jew is a board-certified toxicologist (DABT) with a doctorate in toxicology from the University of Rochester and a research background in nanotoxicology, neurotoxicology, and inhalation toxicology.
Dr. Jew has experience in toxicology consulting and risk communication, performing on-site technical support, and conducting environmental sampling during hazardous material emergencies. She has assisted clients with various projects involving human health risk assessment, exposure assessment, and disputes regarding specific and general disease causation. Dr. Jew managed and provided support for litigation projects related to chemicals and mixture exposures (including diesel exhaust, creosote, benzene, asbestos, silica, trichloroethylene, methylene chloride, tetrachlorethylene, PAHs, PFAS, PCBs, glyphosates, and talc), as well as alcohol and drug exposures (including opiates, THC, and various stimulants).
