Katie Moore’s career has spanned thirteen years as a construction industry professional, including the construction of over 1.4 billion dollars and 1.6 million square-feet in successful projects for one of the nation’s top general contractors. Katie’s role with J.S. Held primarily involves reviewing cost and schedule impacts for property and infrastructure that has experienced damage during the course of construction.
Katie's notable project experience includes the Washington State Convention Center addition; Ventura County Medical Hospital replacement wing; low-rise apartment building projects in Oregon and California; apartment, condominium, and single-family residential projects throughout Southern California; and various hotel and hospitality engagements.
