Ms. Stnons’ experience in advisory and consulting services includes project cost review and analysis; audit and negotiation support; GMP contract and change order proof of cost reviews and closeout audit support; internal investigations; contract administration support; compliance reviews; Superfund response cost and Natural Resource Damage Assessment cost recovery; and business system evaluation and remediation planning.
Ms. Stnons is involved in damages analysis for construction projects, government contract, and environmental matters, forensic accounting investigations and analyses, government contract compliance issues, and the evaluation of other breaches of contract damages.
