For the past 10 years, Kate has worked in the public sector and has a deep knowledge of local zoning and permitting, and inspection processes. She specialized in reviewing projects for the Regional Center of Indianapolis as well as overseeing the team performing building inspections for Indianapolis. Prior to her work in local government, Kate spent 11 years in the private sector working as a design and project architect for mid-sized and small architecture firms. While there, Kate led small and large projects from façade renovations for small businesses to bridge design and master planning/designing and leading a large affordable housing development. With over 20 years of experience both in the private sector and public sector, Kate brings a unique perspective to her work by considering all angles of the project and anticipating issues before they arise.

Kate works as a project manager, owner’s representative, and consultant to executive and operations leadership in the private and public sectors.
