Justin Pullin is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) with over a decade of experience spanning research, operational forecasting, and executive leadership in meteorology. His work includes field research on severe convective storms and operational support for major weather events, including Hurricane Michael (2018).

During his tenure with the National Weather Service and NOAA, Justin provided high-impact weather analysis to emergency managers, first responders, and government leaders and contributed to presidential-level briefings and disaster-related reporting.

Justin serves as Regional Director of Meteorology at J.S. Held, where he provides expert consulting services to clients in the legal and insurance industries across the United States. He also contributes to the advancement of the profession through his role as Commissioner on Professional Affairs for the American Meteorological Society and his involvement with leading industry organizations.
