Julio Sabates has over 30 years of experience in the development and construction industry and provides construction consulting and expert services, specializing in the areas of onsite and remote project management, contract administration, construction management, and project completion oversight.

In addition to his development and construction experience, Julio also served as the Supervisor of compliance investigation for the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB).

Julio is a Director in J.S. Held’s Surety Practice based in the Western Region. His responsibilities include estimating, onsite project monitoring, analyzing performance and payment bond claims, and residential and commercial construction defects.
