Josiah Lee joined J.S. Held in April of 2023 as part of J.S. Held’s acquisition of Aquila Forensics.
Josiah has significant experience in a wide range of sectors of the construction industry, including highways, infrastructure, rail, civils, processing plants, marine, and private residential. Josiah has advised a wide range of public and private clients including public authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and developers. Notably, Josiah spent five years providing commercial management services in connection with a multimillion-pound highway upgrade project. He has gained experience drafting and negotiating a range of standard forms of contract and bespoke options, including NEC, FIDIC, JCT, and Term Partnering Contracts, in particular.
Josiah provides quantum analysis and reports on a wide range of subjects. He assists testifying experts in their analysis and drafting of reports for a range of dispute resolution procedures. Josiah also provides direct advice to clients on live projects, either through engagement as their incumbent commercial manager or through ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
