Since he was gifted an Apple Macintosh computer when he was 6 years old, Josh has had a profound interest in technology. He knew growing up that he wanted to have a career in Information Technology. Since starting out in 2010, Josh wanted to bring “personality” to IT Support by assisting end-users with an approachable attitude and friendliness.
Josh previously worked as a Technology Specialist for Foundation For The Carolinas, a non-profit organization that inspires philanthropy and empowers individuals to create a better community. It was in this role that Josh really put his approach to practice which garnered him a tremendous amount of positive relationships with end-users.
As an IT Support Specialist, Josh is excited to not only strengthen the IT Team overall but add bandwidth and IT presence to the Charlotte area.
