Jose I. Iglesias Calderon is a focused, steadfast, and highly motivated Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive supervision and inspection experience for infrastructure and general construction projects, including developing, implementing, and closing successful projects. His experience also includes structural monitoring in foundation grouting and repair projects. His expertise extends to handling structural-related claims arising from natural disasters.
Jose’s strong problem-solving skills enable him to address complex challenges effectively. He coordinates cross-functional teams as a leader to assess and plan innovative project implementation and completion. He is committed to using strong customer relations and communication skills to influence stakeholders in decision-making. Jose is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
Jose has been involved in estimating, project management, and onsite project monitoring. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the U.S. and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including residential and commercial buildings. Jose also assists Professional Engineers in producing and completing various cause and origin reports for several losses.
