Jonathan Gibson is a forensic accountant with J.S. Held. Prior to joining the J.S. Held team, Jonathan worked for Magnan Graizzaro & Associates CPAs for nearly eight years where he developed and implemented the skills necessary to analyze large loss commercial insurance claims. Jonathan has utilized his expertise to help clients handle business interruption losses, liability / recall losses, litigation support, and property damage losses.
Jonathan has worked on a variety of losses, ranging in size and complexity. He has worked with small business owners to help them through the claims process to large corporations in a multitude of industries. A sample of industries that Jonathan has worked on include the following: hotels & restaurants, energy, telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, universities, chemicals, and many more. He uses his knowledge to analyze a company’s financial records to understand operations and to get a better understanding of the financial and economic impact of losses sustained. Jonathan also provides prompt communication with his clients and insured to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana – Monroe and his Master of Business Administration from DePaul University. He became a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois in 2014.
