John provides strategy, valuation, and transaction advisory assistance to public and private companies in a wide range of industries including online education, powersports, and internet technology among others. John’s analyses have been used to provide financial insight and guidance for M&A, bankruptcy & restructuring, litigation support, and financial strategies.
John’s valuation experience includes many engagements with the valuation of intangible assets including patented and unpatented technology, brands, software, data, and other intellectual property assets.
Before joining Ocean Tomo, John held roles in wealth management and private equity. Additionally, he graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business.
