John Kim is a Senior Managing Director in the New York City office of J.S. Held, with over twenty-five years of global professional experience advising executive leaders, corporate boards and audit committees through complex accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance issues. He has led numerous highly sensitive investigations and disputes in connection with the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards, anti-bribery and corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act – “FCPA”), employee misconduct, misappropriation of funds, and kickbacks.

As a senior member of the Global Investigations practice, John provides forensic accounting, auditing, and consulting services to organizations across various industries. He works with multi-disciplinary teams in providing his clients with high value solutions to their most complex investigatory, compliance, and financial challenges.
