He is involved in estimating, project management, onsite project monitoring, invoice review, code applications, appraisals, umpiring, and expert testimony. Joe has been involved in numerous major loss assignments. He has experience handling large, complex insurance losses, including those for malls, hotels, schools, apartment complexes, retail centers, nursing homes, manufacturing buildings, dwellings (single and multi-family), barns, gas stations, and other specialty types of construction.
