Prior to J.S. Held, Jim had 10 years of experience in distressed residential rehab and resale, successfully building a portfolio of single-family investment properties. He also has a degree in film production and worked for 25 years in television news and broadcast retail (QVC) before transitioning into real estate and construction consulting.
