Jill Bombino joined J.S. Held in April of 2026 as part of J.S. Held's acquisition of CMM, LLP. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California with more than 25 years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and business valuation. She has worked on hundreds of legal matters and provides detailed analyses on cash flow available for support, business valuation, marital lifestyle, reimbursement claims, asset characterization, tracing and allocation of funds, entertainment‑related contracts and royalties, and the allocation of interests in real property and pension plans.
Jill is known for her work on complex, high‑asset and high‑income family law matters, serving as both a trusted advisor and an expert witness across multiple jurisdictions in the State of California, as well as in the State of Colorado and the District of Columbia. She has also served as a court‑appointed expert pursuant to Evidence Code Section 730.
Jill began her career as a staff accountant specializing in real estate development and property management. Shortly after CMM, LLP was founded, she joined the firm and ultimately served as a partner for more than 20 years. During her tenure, Jill played an integral role in the firm’s growth, helped build and train the family law accounting team, contributed to shaping the firm’s litigation practice, and served as manager of the litigation department.
