Jeromy Fielder has spent more than 20 years in the construction and insurance industry as a project manager and building consultant. His background covers a wide spectrum of complex projects, qualifying Jeromy as a professional construction and re-construction expert. Jeromy has extensive experience working on hail, flood, wind and fire losses and numerous large-scale reconstruction projects throughout the US, Canada & Latin America. In addition, his expertise includes hands-on monitoring and cost control of large projects and coordinating the efforts of contractors and other consultants, damage evaluations and construction of detailed cost estimates as well as appraisal and expert witness assignments.
During his tenure at J.S. Held, Jeromy has been the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the South Central region, based out of the Dallas, Texas office. In addition to Jeromy’s oversight of the many complicated assignments handled by the Southwest team, he has personally consulted on large complex insurance losses including high rise office buildings, educational facilities, apartment complexes, hotels, malls, manufacturing buildings and multi-building corporate campuses.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Jeromy served as the President and Owner of Fielder Consulting Group (FCG) offering project monitoring and cost control services to the insurance industry. In addition, FCG offered project management services as the owner’s representative to private building owners on capital (non-insurance) projects.
