Jeremy Rose has 23 years of experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry. Jeremy started his restoration career in 2001 as a technician and has continued his organic development within the industry until the present day.

Jeremy spent the first five years of his 21-year career as a mitigation technician working on residential and commercial water losses. As a mitigation technician, Jeremy obtained the Master Restoration Technician certification from the I.I.C.R.C. Jeremy became an estimator in 2006, focusing initially on mitigation and small reconstruction projects. Jeremy’s skillset continued to grow, as did the size and scope of the projects he was responsible for estimating and managing. In 2017, Jeremy accepted a position with a construction and consulting firm specializing in property insurance claims; at this company, Jeremy gained valuable experience analyzing estimates and invoices from restoration contractors, general contractors, public adjusters, and vendors of all trades. Throughout his career, Jeremy has prepared and analyzed documents relating to claims caused by fire, water, vehicle impact, hurricane, tornado, hail, and more.

Jeremy has provided consulting services relating to many natural disasters including, but not limited to, Hurricane Maria (2017), Hurricane Harvey (2017), Hurricane Michael (2018), Hurricane Ida (2021), Hurricane Ian (2022), and Winter Storm Elliot (2022/2023).
