Jeremy Nolen is a Technical Consultant for Werlinger & Associates now a part of J.S. Held with over 17 years of experience. J.S. Held and Werlinger & Associates provide technical consulting services for the commercial property claims industry, such as damage assessment of equipment / systems, contamination analysis, comparable replacement analyses, repair feasibility studies, replacement cost valuations, fair market equipment appraisals, production mitigation assessments, failure analyses, and a variety of other technical assessments for the insurance industry.
Mr. Nolen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He began his career at Excelsior Medical Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer with particular expertise in machine vision. While there, Mr. Nolen developed new applications and inspections and managed maintenance and repairs. He later went on to become Engineering Manager for Cosmetic Essence Innovation, where he was responsible for line modernization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
As a Senior VIce President, Mr. Nolen’s areas of concentration include manufacturing and processing equipment, refrigeration systems, boilers, elevators / escalators, medical and lab equipment, conveyor mechanisms, printing presses, computer systems, data recovery, furnaces, pollution control equipment, and machining / fabrication systems.
