Jeff Martin leverages his extensive experience in construction management, project design, scheduling, permitting, and zoning to guide clients through projects of any size and scale. For more than 13 years, he was instrumental in the non-profit real estate development of Cincinnati’s most iconic and transformative projects in the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine. Prior to joining J.S. Held, Jeff, and his team collectively executed $1.2 billion of development, including Fountain Square, Ziegler Park, and Mercer Commons. Most recently, he oversaw the $48 million renovation of Washington Park, including the 5 to 8-acre expansion and the addition of the underground parking garage; and the $143 million restoration of Music Hall.
At J.S. Held, Jeff has provided project representation, and project management services to a variety of clients, most notably FC Cincinnati’s professional soccer team. FC Cincinnati is embarking on a $300M mix-used development adjacent to their stadium. This development includes a high-end hotel, apartment tower, office, commercial space, and public plaza. Owner Representative duties included design and construction team selection, design overview & guidance, permitting support, project programming, estimate & budget review, scheduling, plan development, bid process support, construction observation, payment application review, change order review, and client relations.
He has earned both his Bachelor's and Master's in Architecture from Miami University.
