Jeffrey W. Anderson, CHMM, LSRP joined J.S. Held in 2021. Prior to joining J.S. Held he was Vice President of Atlantic Environmental Solutions, Inc.
Jeffrey has directly managed over $100 million in environmental projects during his more than 28-year career, focusing on providing consulting and remediation services for utilities, oil companies, businesses, and government organizations. Notable projects include handling the technical aspects of nearly a dozen former manufactured gas plant remediation projects; and managing the environmental liability/facility compliance for 250 commercial petroleum service stations and facilities impacted by chemical usage involving a major oil company. Anderson has extensive experience in remediation contract management, environmental site assessments, soil, bedrock and groundwater investigations, multi-site monitoring plan implementation and site closure, as well as in asbestos and mold survey and abatement services.
Jeffrey is responsible for the oversight and project direction for environmental site investigations and the execution of remedial actions under programs including the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program, Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) program, and the Spill Act. He also has provided expert testimony regarding environmental matters for various government and private cases. His professional affiliations include Business Networking International-Right Track Chapter (past president), New Jersey Business Networking (board member), Gotham Networking, and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
